- Bonding the Panel: Inside the main panel, connect the GEC to the grounding bus bar. All branch circuit ground wires should also terminate at this bus bar, ensuring a continuous path to the electrode .
- Bonding Metal Boxes: All metal distribution boxes should be bonded to the grounding system using properly sized conductors. Use tooth-lock washers or similar methods to ensure reliable contact through paint or coatings .
